We will help guide you through the process of getting pre-qualified for a loan so you can focus on searching for a home that fits both your criteria and price range.
Not only will we send you listings that meet your criteria, but we'll also set you up on MLS alerts so new listings are sent straight to your inbox. After browsing homes online and visiting the ones you really love in person, we'll get together and decide which home is the one!
We'll offer our professional opinion of value and help you write a competitive offer, with appropriate terms for our current market. We are experts in this market and you can count on us for full representation in your best interest.
Once you have an accepted offer, we'll arrange for inspections, appraisal, escrow, title and mortgage services. Not only is there negotiation needed on initial terms and conditions, but often times once again after inspections and appraisal. This may sound overwhelming, but we're here to streamline the process and reduce the "noise" so you can focus on the end result - Step 5!
On settlement day, the final paperwork is signed and the home is officially handed over to you. You'll receive the keys and that's it, you're officially a new homeowner!
